Richard Bruce Cheney (born January 30th, 1941) was the son of Richard Herbert Cheney. His mother, Marjorie Lauraine Dickey had been engaged to Richard Herbert Cheney for over 30 years. When he was 13 years old Richard and his family relocated from Nebraska to Casper which was where his dad worked as director of the U.S. Department of Agriculture local soil conservancy district.
